2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided via phone, website, or in person are based on the information given at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the job site (e.g., extra windows, difficult access, excessive buildup, etc.). Customers will be notified of any price adjustments before work begins.

3. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all areas to be serviced. This includes:

• Unlocking gates or doors

• Securing pets

• Moving furniture or obstacles
  If we are unable to access parts of the property due to obstructions, those areas may not be cleaned, and no discounts will be provided.

4. Safety and Liability

Our technicians use ladders and equipment to access high windows. We reserve the right to refuse service to areas deemed unsafe. Arctic Glass is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, siding, or fixtures

• Loose or rotting trim or siding

• Leaks or damage from windows not properly sealed

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service total.

6. Weather Policy

For the safety of our team and to ensure quality results, services may be rescheduled due to heavy rain, high winds, or freezing conditions. We will contact you to arrange a new appointment as soon as possible.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean any missed areas at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for more details.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

9. Website Use
