At Arctic Glass Window Washing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality service and results you can see—literally. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your window cleaning service, we’re here to help.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are unhappy with the quality of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will return to your property at no additional charge to address any missed areas or concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • If Arctic Glass is unable to complete the service due to weather, safety concerns, or access issues, and a reschedule is not possible.

  • If a prepaid service is cancelled by the customer with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.

  • If we are unable to resolve a service complaint after a follow-up visit.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Dissatisfaction due to factors outside of our control, such as pre-existing window damage, hard water stains, or structural issues.

  • If the client is not present for the service and has not provided clear access or instructions, preventing us from completing the job.
